1. Our Services

Travel DMC specializes in curated, high-quality travel and safari experiences. All services are delivered as outlined in your confirmed itinerary, combining comfort, safety, and personalized attention. While every effort is made to operate exactly as planned, minor adjustments may be required due to weather, operational considerations, or guest safety. In such cases, we will always offer the most suitable alternative of comparable standard.

2. Reservations & Payments

To secure your booking, a deposit is required upon confirmation. The remaining balance must be settled in full prior to the commencement of your journey, as specified on your invoice. For bookings made close to the travel date, full payment may be requested immediately. Services are confirmed only once payment has been received.

3. Cancellations & Amendments

All cancellations or amendments must be submitted in writing. Cancellation charges apply as follows:
65 days or more before arrival: Deposit is non-refundable
50–65 days before arrival: 50% of total itinerary cost
0–50 days before arrival: 100% of total itinerary cost

Amendments to confirmed bookings are subject to availability and may result in additional charges, particularly during peak seasons.

4. Rates & Inclusions

All rates are quoted in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Prices are based on current supplier rates, park fees, and government taxes, which may change without prior notice. Unless clearly specified, prices do not include international flights, visa fees, travel insurance, gratuities, personal expenses, or optional activities.

5. Travel Documents & Entry Requirements

Guests are responsible for ensuring they hold valid passports, visas, and any required health or vaccination documentation. Travel DMC cannot be held responsible for delays, denied entry, or additional costs arising from incomplete or invalid documentation.

6. Travel Insurance

Comprehensive travel insurance is mandatory for all guests. This should include coverage for medical treatment, emergency evacuation, trip cancellation, and loss of personal belongings. We strongly recommend purchasing insurance at the time of booking for complete peace of mind.

7. Guest Conduct & Responsibilities

Guests are expected to respect local customs, wildlife regulations, and the guidance of our professional staff and partners. Any conduct that compromises safety or disrupts the experience of others may result in the termination of services without refund. Personal belongings remain the responsibility of the guest at all times.

8. Liability & Exceptional Circumstances

Travel DMC works exclusively with reputable suppliers to ensure a seamless experience. However, we shall not be held liable for delays, changes, loss, injury, or expenses resulting from circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, natural events, political unrest, strikes, or acts of government authorities.

9. Feedback & Concerns

Should any concern arise during your journey, we kindly request that it be communicated immediately to our on-ground team, allowing us the opportunity to resolve it promptly and discreetly.

10. Acceptance of Terms

By confirming your reservation and making payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions on behalf of all travelers included in the booking.
